Our Total Protection Coverage provides you with the option of upgrading any product at anytime. It's all part of our commitment to providing you with the latest in style and technology.
If at anytime your product requires servicing, easyhome will provide you with a free loaner of equal or greater value. It's all part of our dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Our service plan includes delivery of your products and setting them up to ensure everything works properly. It's all part of our customer service.
Your payment includes full warranty coverage so there is never any need to worry about costly repairs. Should your product ever require servicing, simply let us know and we'll look after it for you.

Customer Benefit Program

easyhome knows that life can be unexpected, but our Customer Benefit Program will offer you peace of mind when you need it most. Join the club today and take advantage of this unique program.

As a member, you are protected for up to one (1) year after you pay off your leased products. Protection is provided against product failure and mechanical breakdown of the merchandise not caused by external conditions.

If you become involuntarily unemployed and wish to continue leasing and qualify for payment protection, your monthly lease payment(s) will be waived up to $100 per agreement, per month, plus any applicable sales tax and other fees.

The easyhome Customer Benefit Program will help your family members in the event of a death. In the event of a covered loss, the liability on all lease agreements in place at the time of death will be waived. This benefit applies only to those listed on the lease agreement.
This protection benefit helps make your product lease payment if you are unable to work due to sickness or from being injured.

As a member you will enjoy savings of up to 50% off thousands of merchants nationwide at some of your favourite restaurants, shops and more. Using these discounts is as easy as downloading the FREE app “My Deals” or printing the offers from our website and presenting them for savings.


Members can save from 5% - 25% off on car rentals. Participating companies include AVIS®, Hertz®, National®, Alamo® and Budget®.


And, save 15% off the published lodging rates at participating Comfort Inn®, Comfort Suites®, Quality®, Sleep Inn®, Clarion®, Cambria Suites®, Suburban®, MainStay Suites®, Econo Lodge® and Rodeway Inn® hotels.

Liability and Damage Coverage

Get peace of mind with easyhome's LDW coverage option.

You are covered if Goods are damaged, destroyed, or lost through a fire, lightning, windstorm, flood, smoke, power surge or theft.
We will visit your home annually, at your request, to ensure the Goods are performing properly.
When you own the Goods, we will provide three (3) months of free service immediately following the transfer. Does not apply to certain Goods - see store for details.
